Adding a nutrient coefficient set gives an error

description

It seems that you can export and import and delete a new coefficient set for an existing nutrient, but just using the "Add..." function gives the below error dump after 1) specifying the new name and 2) the land cover type, then 3) hitting OK. Note: this is on OpenNSPECT v 1.2.0.15615, built on April 3, 2014. This is the OpenNSPECT 1.2 beta release
